Welcome everyone to our Employee Spotlight series!
We are thrilled to introduce Svetlana as the newest brilliant addition to our team. She brings a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm, and experience with her, making us all excited about what she has in store for us.
As part of our team, Svetlana will be taking on a variety of projects across different areas within both Pardot and Salesforce, and we are sure that she is going to be an immense asset in both.
With her thoughtful insights and collaborative approach, plus vital years in the tech industry behind her– there’s no doubt that she’ll be a great fit here at Parquet Development. Let’s give it up for Svetlana, and learn a little more about her!
Our newest asset, Svetlana started at the company on March 1st, 2023, working from Brest, Belarus and Pinsk, Belarus. Svetlana speaks perfect English and Russian.
Her biggest hobby is sport. She enjoys Thai boxing foremost, and secondarily she loves fixing cars with her husband (a humble brag on us mechanically-disinclined). With her family, she is super into playing board games and cycling.
She has two very different certificates: Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and Pardot Specialist. She has already started to begin to prepare for the Java Script certificate. In her own words, “In the future, I plan to get Platform Developer 2, App Builder, and Salesforce Administrator.”
She appreciates working at the all-remote Parquet Development, especially the “advantage of flexible hours and telecommuting is that you can easily be flexible and improve work-life balance.” But her favorite thing about working for Parquet? Learning new skills and taking advantage of new opportunities.
Her strongest Salesforce skills are Apex, Apex Triggers, Approval processes, JS, HTML, and CSS.
Oh, and her life motto? “Never give up. Take it and do it.” We are right behind you, Svetlana!
